Raxo
Ingredients
- 4lbs Pork (Half Loin)
- 3/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- Garlic salt to taste
- Bay leaf for each bag
- Fries
Instructions
- Take off fat of pork loin and cube
- Mix ingredients into a sauce
- Put pork into sous vide bags (probably 3 of them)
- Pour sauce equaly into bags with 1 bay leaf
- Sous Vide for at least 1 hour at 160
- Pour out sauce into bowl
- Char up the meat on the griddle
- Pour sauce back over chared meat
- Cook fries and place Raxo on top
