Beef Ramen Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 2 packages of vegetable medley
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 carton beef stock (32 oz)
- 4 packs ramen noodles (remove flavor packet)
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Brown meat - drain grease
- Whisk together garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and beef stock
- Put everything into a pan and bring to a simmer with the lid on.
- Ready in about 10-20 minutes when ramen noodles soften
- Leave on low heat until served
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on for garnish
