 Process

  1. Temperature - 152 Degrees (creates a better color for Teresa) for 1.5 Hours
  2. Dry off
  3. Heat pan on high with olive oil
  4. Sear on each side for about 30-60 seconds to get a crust

  • Garlic Parmesan - 10/10
  • Steak and chop with olive oil - 9/10
  • Hawaiian - 8/10
  • Syrup and mustard 7/10
