Ingredients for 12 people
- 3 pounds: Browned ground beef
- 2 cups: beef broth
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 0.5 cup cornstarch
- Frozen Broccoli Florets about 3 cups (I used one 14 oz bag)
- 4 cups white rice
Instructions
Make rice, brown ground beef. Mix other ingredients over low heat.
Notes
Feeds the 12 of us with very few leftovers. Best of over do the broccoli, it goes fast
