- 3 (6 ounce) packages butterscotch chips (3 cups)
- 1 can (5 ounces) chow mien noodles
- 1 (16 ounce) package salted peanuts (3 ¼ cups peanuts equals 1 pound)
Melt chips over low heat or in microwave on low or defrost; when they are
completely melted, remove from heat. Mix in noodles and peanuts and drop by
tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand for about thirty minutes.
This makes 36-40 pieces.
