Crème Brûlée



Ingredients

  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream (32oz)
  • 10 egg yikes
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and pour them in 4oz Mason Jars.
  • Sousvide at 185F for 90 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Put on a little white sugar and brown sugar and then torch
