Ingredients
- 1 lbs bacon, chopped
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 quarts sauerkraut, undrained
- 2-4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 can of beer
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- brown sugar, to taste
Directions
- Cook Bacon
- Cook Onions
- Add with all with everything but brown sugar
- Bring to boil then simmer for 30-45 minutes
- Add brown sugar as needed to reduce 'whang'
