Ingredients
- 10 lemons of zest
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 bottle (750 ml) water
- 1/2 bottle (375 ml) vodka
- 1/2 bottle (375 ml) everclear
Instructions
- Mix Lemon Zest, Vodka and Everclear at 135F for 2 hours
- Over medium heat disolve sugar into water
- Strain out the lemon zest and add sugar water
