Ingredients
- 3 pounds hash brown potatoes, southern style
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16-ounce) carton sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
Thaw potatoes; mix all ingredients together. Spread in a greased 3 quart casserole or flat baking dish.
Topping:
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
Sprinkle over top of potato mixture, cover with foil and bake 75 minutes in 350 degree oven.
