Ingredients
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream (32oz)
- 10 egg yikes
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and pour them in 4oz Mason Jars.
- Sousvide at 185F for 90 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Put on a little white sugar and brown sugar and then torch
