Ingredients for 12 people
- 15 eggs - if we have another main dish
- 24 eggs - if scrabled eggs is the main dish
- Butter
- Sour Cream
Directions
Get hot and put in butter. Put in eggs over low heat and keep stirring. DON'T OVER COOK. Eggs should be just a little slimy. Remember that they will still cook a little in the pan. Put in a nice dollop of sour cream to bring down temperature and keep them creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.
