Beef Ramen Noodles



Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 2 packages of vegetable medley
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 carton beef stock (32 oz)
  • 4 packs ramen noodles (remove flavor packet)
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Brown meat - drain grease
  • Whisk together garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and beef stock
  • Put everything into a pan and bring to a simmer with the lid on.
  • Ready in about 10-20 minutes when ramen noodles soften
  • Leave on low heat until served
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on for garnish
