Ingredients for 12
- 6 cups rice
- 7 cups water
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup canned chicken or cooked chicken chunks
- Soy sauce
- oil
Directions
- Pour rice and water into Instapot and set to pressure on rice setting (takes about 20 minutes)
- Heat up griddle to medium heat and put on oil. Then put frozen peas and chicken to char a little
- Add on the eggs and dump rice on griddle.
- Squirt on Soy sauce to taste.
